Meet Our Team
From the Owner
"Growing up inside a large family business was formative and gave me first-hand knowledge of the challenges that accompany closely held businesses.
As a 3rd generation owner and board member at my family’s company, Sargento Foods Inc., I have lived through the unique dynamics family owners encounter along the journey to building multi-generational legacies. My experience as an investor, entrepreneur, and consultant have informed my approach to the intersection of family and business.
Using these experiences, I help enterprising families navigate generational change and the emotional, financial, legal, and strategic implications."
